What age can my child start martial arts?

Children can start as early as age 3 in our ATA Tigers program. Ages 6–12 join our Juniors classes in Taekwondo or Jiu-Jitsu, and teens and adults of any fitness level are welcome in our Adult programs.
Do you offer a free trial class?

Yes. New families can take a free introductory class with no commitment. Just fill out the trial form or call the location nearest you and we will get you on the schedule.
Can we start classes in the middle of the fall or winter?

Absolutely. You can join any week. Students are grouped by age and rank, and our instructors help every new student feel at home from the first class. Many families start now so they are ready to hit the ground running in January.
Do I need any experience or equipment to start?

No experience is needed. Everyone starts as a beginner. We will help you get the right uniform and gear for your program after your trial class.
